Fields of Study
Current Fields of Training at Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology
We offer 17 undergraduate degree programs in engineering and information technology, nine of which have received ABET accreditation, and the Faculty is seeking to get accreditation for other programs in the coming years. Further, through the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the FEIT supports offering a master degree for 11 engineering programs.
Our students have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of campus life: honors program, extracurricular activities, participate in faculty research and take internships in well-renowned companies and institutions in Palestine and elsewhere. In addition, several chapters of well-renowned students’ organization were established on campus, such as Engineers without Borders (EwB), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
It is an exciting time to be a student at the FEIT as we continue to grow and enhance our programs to regional and international eminence. I encourage students to fully embrace and take full advantage of the rich learning environment available at ANU.
I invite you all to further explore the opportunities available here at FEIT, either via our website or through targeted information that you may request through our office of admissions. Please feel free to contact my office for any specific questions you may have. Please do not hesitate to contact me or any of our faculty members to pursue opportunities for collaborations.
