Regarding our vision of developing trainees skills and encouraging them for showing their coding and designing abilities that they have gained from the first phases of Hijjawitech incubator’s training programm ( UX/UI designing and front-end developing ), we started to make a competition between the trainees to evaluate their progress and motivate them to do their best.
Trainees have to choose an idea for their websites, analyse it, and start working to design best user experience to get the provided services. After that they have to present their websites professionally showing the main features and discuss their ideas with their training supervisors.
At the last two semesters we had three winners at different competitions : Nawal Migdadi, Rand Ma’aroof, and Sakher Hatamleh. Nawal created a website for flower planting, Rand created a website for DNA & RNA analysis, and Sakher created a website for job seeking. They were distinguished trainees; they worked hard to produce the best designs for their websites idea, and deserved to win. We wish them success in their future endeavours.
